How EatFreely Works
Most families never get a straight answer about what is actually available for a food allergy. We start there. In a short paid session we walk you through your options, then connect you with a board-certified allergist, by video or near you, who evaluates you independently. If that doctor approves you, we supply the metered food portions and ship them to your door.
Book Your Session
It starts with a one-on-one session, normally $50, now $15. We go through your allergy history, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping for. We do not diagnose and we do not sell you anything on the call. Just a clear picture of what is on the table.
See Your Options
We lay out the paths that exist for your specific allergy, what each one actually involves in time and money, and what the evidence behind it looks like. You leave the session knowing your choices, whether or not you continue with us.
Meet an Allergist
We introduce you to a board-certified allergist, by video anywhere in the US or in person near you. Any testing, diagnosis, or treatment decision is theirs to make, not ours. They practice independently.
Get Approved
If the allergist decides you are a suitable candidate and approves you, they let us know. We then email you a private link for your metered food portions. Without that approval we do not supply them, to anyone.
Portions at Your Door
Your metered food portions ship to you on a regular schedule. Follow the plan your doctor set, keep your check-ins, and we keep shipping. Your doctor stays in charge of the plan the whole way through.
