No. We are not a medical practice, we do not provide medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat anyone. The allergists we connect you with practice independently and are solely responsible for the care they provide.

A one-on-one session, normally $50, where we go through your allergy history and lay out the options that exist for you, in plain language. Then we introduce you to a board-certified allergist. It is not free on purpose: a fee keeps the calls filled with people who actually want to be there, which is how we can give each one real time. $15 is a filter, not a revenue stream.

Never. Only a licensed physician can do that. Our session is informational. Any testing, diagnosis, or treatment decision belongs to the allergist you meet.

Anyone looking for emergency care, anyone currently having an allergic reaction, and anyone hoping to skip seeing a doctor. This is not a substitute for medical care.

Board-certified allergists who see patients by video across the US and in person in many areas. They are independent practitioners, not EatFreely staff. They make their own clinical decisions.

Either. Video visits are available anywhere in the US. If you would rather be seen face to face, we help you find a board-certified allergist in your area.

Not to book the session with us. The allergist you meet may have their own requirements, and they will tell you if so.

Even better. Bring what we cover in the session to them. If they evaluate and approve you, that works the same as if we had made the introduction.

Yes, on anything clinical. Whether you are a suitable candidate, what your plan looks like, and whether you are approved are all their calls, not ours.

Carefully measured portions of powdered food, made so the amount is precise and consistent every time. What you do with them is set by the physician who approved you.

No. We do not sell them on this site and we do not supply them to anyone a licensed physician has not evaluated and approved. That gate is not negotiable.

Contact your doctor, not us. If it is severe, use your prescribed epinephrine auto-injector and call 911. We are not able to give medical advice.

They ship to your address on a regular schedule once your physician has approved you. We email you a private link to set that up.

The session is $15, normally $50. The allergist you meet sets their own fees. If they approve you, we go over portion pricing with you before anything ships.

We do not bill insurance for the session or the portions. The allergist you see is a separate provider and may bill insurance for their own visit. Ask them directly.
